Precision Medicine challenge winner

We are delighted to be a Life Sciences Hub Precision Medicine challenge winner. The challenge gives recognition to companies addressing major precision medicine priorities that need addressing over the next 12 months.

Currently 25% of wounds are misdiagnosed. Our submission proposed the use of our AI driven platform for advanced wound diagnosis, treatment and management. This platform will be used to train healthcare professionals to improve wound diagnosis in a professional setting and patient quality of care.

All current glucose measurement methods are invasive, painful and tedious, therefore may prevent glucose monitoring, which is pivotal in safe and effective diabetes management. Around 10% of people with diabetes develop a foot ulcer at some stage. AITIS has developed a new non-invasive glucose monitoring measurement solution ready to be validated.

We look forward to working with the Life Sciences Hub Wales further.
